This position is responsible for maintaining a professional office environment by overseeing the day to day operations of the departments under this company, which specializes in Architecture, Development and Property Management. The office administrator must ensure that the administrative activities run efficiently by providing structure to the organization’s staff.
The candidate must have advance knowledge in office management, proficiency in accounting principles and an understanding of Human Resource protocol. The candidate must have at least an associate’s degree in business and experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft office suite and related programs.
The applicant will be expected to be a team player, possess good communication skills and be very detailed oriented while being dependable and punctual. Taking direction from the business manager and working independently with little supervision is crucial.
