Facility maintenance

Private school located in Buffalo, NY is seeking a facility maintenance worker for a full time temp/hire position. The following job duties are required:

• Cleaning of classrooms, lavatories, cafeteria, kitchen, offices, and all common areas.
• Stocking supplies to restrooms
• Operation of Floor cleaning equipment
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Cleaning equipment and furniture
• Garbage removal
• Sanitizing desks, classrooms, furniture
• Snow and debris removal from all entrances and exits.
• minor repairs to the building 
• Checking building and equipment for safety issues
• All groundskeeoing duties
