Warehouse Associate/Production

Durham Staffing, Inc is seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Lackawanna. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, production and shipping department. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Duties:

- Light duty material conversion and adhesive application
- Must be able to read a tape measure and understand measurements
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and Unload trucks. Must be able to lift 30 lbs alone and up to 75 lbs as a team lift.
- Shipping of Internet orders as well as larger business to business production orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
- Familiarity with LTL Shipping, as well as FedEx and UPS
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying stock
- Must have workforce experience of 10+ years and a High School Diploma
