Part Time Building Maintenance

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to general building and grounds maintenance and repairs
- Conduct inspections of the building and its systems to identify and address any issues or potential problems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Fabricate or repair various items as needed
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for larger repair projects

Qualifications
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

This is a part time position working 6-8 hours per week. The days and exact hours are flexible.
