Customer Service/Inside Sales

Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep needed asap:

• Proficient with Google Apps & Microsoft Office Tools
• Must be organized
• Previous experience with sales, customer service & purchasing required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Internal  &  External Customer service
• Must be able to read and decipher specs, blueprints & cross competitor products
• Independent thinker & able to work on own with minimal supervision
• Candidate must be multi-tasked and able to take direction from multiple people
• Responsible for creating and maintaining customer files
• Process customer requests for quotations in a timely manner
• Process new part entries; prepare sample requests
• Office setting with interaction with production and shipping areas
• Must be a team player
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (with some OT required)
