Frozen Warehouse Worker - All Shifts - Perry's Ice Cream - Akron, NY

Perry's has Warehouse Distribution positions available for all shifts. They are all full time positions, with a possibility of a temp to hire opportunity! Must be able to work in a fast paced environment in the frozen Warehouse picking orders. Must have steel toe work boots. The pay rate for all shifts is $17.92 per hour to start. Must have HSD or GED. Must have tolerance for working in a frozen -20 degree F environment. A freezer suit will be provided.

The shifts are as follows; 1st & 2nd shifts are Monday-Friday with weekend availability as required.

1st shift - 9am-5:30pm

2nd shift - 3pm-11:30pm

3rd shift - 7pm-3:30am - Sunday to Thursday with weekend availability as required.

Essential Duties;

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly - capable of pushing/pulling product on carts, dollies, and pallets within temperatures of -20 degrees F.

Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors.
