We are looking for a determined, aggressive, telesales "hunter" professional with verifiable sales experience consistently carrying and successfully over-achieving their monthly quota. The ideal candidate should be customer service-oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and goal driven. Successful candidates will be able to increase sales for all of the organization’s consumable supplies and maintenance services, by actively developing, and identifying new sales opportunities within your existing customer base.
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience.
• Sales skills to include demonstrated closing skills.
• Organizational skills for proper territory planning/management.
• Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales and service related position preferred.
• Service and supplies sales experience to a financial institution a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure.
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
• Strong business acumen.
• Time management skills are essential.
• Achieves daily and monthly sales generation quotas to support revenue/sales attainment.
• Understands and maintains an organized database of prospective clients for market research by tracking business information and accurately coding phone calls as trained by management.
• Prepares for and attends any and all department meetings, team meetings, and training sessions to increase knowledge, sales skills and contribute to revenue growth.
• Comfortable working with CRM applications - ACT!
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
