  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Associates Degree+ required.
  • One year + experience necessary
  • Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm

Job responsibilities include:

  • Entering supplier information accurately
  • Creating invoices
  • Time card management of all staff
  • Updating Shipping log on spreadsheets
  • General office duties including filing, mail and answering phones
