Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree, or a minimum of three years in a similar position required. Five to seven years related experience in administrative positions of increasing responsibility required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced functions. Knowledge of Internet and intranet functions, Working knowledge of department specific software required. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively one on one or in a small group of employees or customers required. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form required. Ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, and handle competing tasks. Demonstrated strong organizational skills. Ability to take initiative, handle projects and set priorities required.
