Provides administrative and secretarial support to a department or unit by performing duties and tasks which facilitate effective operations.
Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of experience in a clerical position or successful completion of a secretarial training program required. Microsoft Word 2010- Normal User,Microsoft Excel 2000- Normal User, Data Entry Alpha Numeric, and Microsoft PowerPoint 2003- Normal User sills tests all required.
