About Our Team

A volleyball apparel company in Ormond Beach FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative.  If you are a sports minded individual, motivated and want to work with sports teams nationwide on their uniform needs then we want to hear from you!!!

Core Responsibilities

• Service as the lead point of contact for customers before & after their team uniform purchase communicating by email, phone and occasionally in person.
• Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with customer requests or handle any issues as they arise
• Research & resolve all discrepancies or incomplete orders
• Communicate with sales team to better service their customers.
• Handle inbound sales leads.
• Prepare quotes
• Acts as liaison between the art department and customer to meet customers’ needs.
• Manages fitting schedule & ensures teams have what is needed for said fittings.
• Occasionally may attend fittings.
• Assist customers in sizing and developing complete roster for order
• New customer lead generation.
• Assist sales reps as needed.
• Attend conferences as a vendor as necessary with the team.
• This job description is not exhaustive & the role necessitates flexibility to take on other responsibilities as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Demonstrated experience handling multiple customers/projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills including both verbal & written

Nice To Have

• Quickbooks experience
• Prior experience with BigCommerce & Shopify
• Prior sports apparel customer service or sales experience
• Sports knowledge

Job Type

• Full Time
• Monday- Friday, 9am – 5pm
• $14-$16 per hour, opportunity for commissions / bonuses available
