As part of our dedicated quality assurance team, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Position Summary: The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that all medical products and devices manufactured by our client meet the established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves meticulous inspection, testing, and documentation to guarantee product integrity and safety.
Product Inspection: Perform detailed visual inspections and measurements of medical devices and components to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Quality Control Testing: Conduct various quality control tests, such as dimensional checks, functional testing, and material analysis, to ensure product performance and reliability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including test results, inspection findings, and non-conformities. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all quality inspection processes and procedures comply with relevant regulatory standards, including ISO and FDA requirements.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze non-conforming products or quality issues, identifying root causes and contributing to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Quality Audits: Participate in internal quality audits to assess and improve quality systems and processes.
Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that measuring and testing equipment used in inspections are properly calibrated and maintained.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost savings related to quality control.
