Administrative Assistant


Full Job Description

The primary duty of the position is to assist key executives in achieving their duties and responsibilities. This includes a variety of clerical and administrative support functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and special events, maintaining corporate records, coordinating completion on state and federal reports, making travel arrangements, providing timely and needed interface with the agency Board of Directors.

  • Responsible for calendar management of key executives as well as agency master calendar
  • Coordinate executive, business, board, committee, and planning meetings
  • Complete, manage and maintain corporate records and materials
  • Communicate and handle incoming calls, electronic communications, and other information on behalf of executives
  • Maintain emergency closing information
  • Manage conflict of interest statement process
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties
