We are looking for an Executive Assistant that will support the day-to-day functions for the President/COO
Qualifications:
· Minimum of eight (8) years experience working as an Executive Assistant to a President or CEO required
· Bachelors Degree in business/related
· Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Event planning experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and self-motivated producing results with minimal oversight
· Able to set priorities, multitask and work in a fast paced environment, shifting tasks as needed
· Self-starter with a “can-do”, “nothing beneath me” attitude
· Exercise discretion while viewing or assisting with the completion of sensitive internal or external information
· Ability to work proactively and positively with other departments
· Highly visible and will require excellent customer service as they will interact with multiple company executives daily
· Assisting with the executive correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation creation and managing multiple calendars
· Able to professionally represent and act as the extended voice of the executive at meetings from time to time when executive is unable to attend
· Set up, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, conference calls, and lunches
· Responsible for event planning for the management teams Summits and Board Meetings
· General administrative duties that include phone calls, filing, catering of events for the department such as breakfast and lunch meetings
