Provides administrative assistance which includes compiling and maintaining records and other office related functions.
Schedule: 20 hrs. per week, Monday - Friday 4-5 hrs. per day
General Duties
· Facilitating client orders daily both online and over the phone
· Daily reconciliation and vouching of all client invoices with inventory
· Copies data and compiles records and/or reports
· Tabulates and posts data related to business operations
· Handles orders related merchandise or service.
· Prepares and /or distributes reports
· Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Requirements
· Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
· Demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills
· Experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel are required.
